Healthcare 'reduced' for refugees held in Papua New Guinea

Australia has drastically reduced healthcare for refugees detained in Papua New Guinea, human rights watchdog Amnesty International says in a report titled Health Care Cuts.
Amnesty says that is putting their lives at risk and is calling for an end to the island's detention programme.
